余春宏,男,汉族,1959年1月出生,山西芮城人,中共党员、会计学教授、中国注册会计师。1982年1月毕业于山西财经学院会计学专业,获管理学学士学位;1993年在中南财经大学在职学习,获管理学硕士学位。1982年1月至2019年1月在山西财经大学工作,历任会计学系教师、理财学系主任、财务处处长、华商学院院长、名誉院长等职务,2019年1月退休。曾任山西杏花村汾酒股份有限公司、山西振东制药股份有限公司、晋能控股山西电力股份有限公司、山西蓝焰控股股份有限公司独立董事、晋城银行外部监事等职务。现任山西兰花科技创业股份有限公司独立董事、山西焦化股份有限公司独立董事。
