周晓东先生,男,1972年4月生,中国国籍,博士研究生,无境外永久居留权。西安交通大学应用经济学博士(公司治理方向),副教授,民建河南省委金融委员会委员,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,郑州轻工业大学会计专业硕士生导师。主要研究方向为公司治理、财务管理,在核心学术期刊发表论文20余篇,相关研究成果被新华文摘收录引用,多项成果荣获优秀等级奖励。出版学术专著2部,参与主编河南首部双创蓝皮书。2022年5月至今担任公司独立董事。
