陈旭东先生:1967年8月出生,汉族,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,管理学博士。曾于川化集团经济计划处、川化味之素有限公司总务人事部任职,成都万创科技股份有限公司任独立董事,现任西南财经大学会计学院教授、博士生导师,四川天微电子股份有限公司独立董事,公司第十三届董事会独立董事。曾主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家社科基金一般项目、教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目(规划基金)、四川省哲学社会科学规划项目。研究成果获四川省第14次哲学和社会科学优秀成果三等奖、财政部优秀论文二等奖、中国会计学会优秀论文三等奖。
