王良,北京航空航天大学金属材料腐蚀与防护&工业管理工程专业学士。1996年9月至2008年11月历任西安航空发动机集团公司副总工程师、副总经理、总工程师;2008年11月至2010年2月任西安航空动力股份有限公司董事、副总经理兼总工程师、技术中心主任;2010年2月至2014年10月任贵州黎阳航空动力有限公司董事长、总经理、党委副书记;2014年10月至2021年2月任中国航空工业集团公司非航产业部部长、派出董监事等职务。2022年5月至今任公司独立董事。
