严奇,北京理工大学机械工程专业学士、复旦大学经管学院工商管理专业硕士、东南大学管理科学与工程专业博士,高级工程师。1988年7月至2005年8月,历任无锡叶片厂处长、厂长兼党委书记等;2005年9月至2014年2月,历任无锡透平叶片有限公司执行董事、总经理、党委书记;2014年3月至今,历任公司董事长、总经理。现任公司董事长。
