陈代雄先生,独立董事。1963年出生,中国国籍,工学博士,博导,研究员,现任复杂铜铅锌共伴生资源综合利用湖南省重点实验室主任,湖南有色金属研究院有限责任公司首席专家,2010年获国务院特殊津贴,2011年入选湖南省新世纪121人才,2015年长沙市科技领军人才,当选2017科学中国人年度人物,2020年中国有色金属学会杰出工程师奖,两次评为全国有色金属行业劳动模范,第二届中国有色金属工业协会优秀科技工作者。湖南省政府优秀党员记二等功,2016年当选湖南省第十一次党代会党代表。主要兼职中国有色金属学会钒资源清洁利用专业委员会副主任委员,中国有色金属学会矿冶过程界面化学专业委员会副主任委员、中南大学和武汉科技大学兼职教授等。陈代雄先生长期致力于矿产资源高效利用与固体资源化技术与理论研究,在氧化铜钴、铜铅锌、微晶石墨矿、黑色岩系镍钼矿、钨锑资源选矿领域深入研究,取得大量科技成果。以第一负责人身份主持了100多项研究项目和课题,承担了国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金以及省部级科技计划。2022年国家重点研发项目课题负责人。2025年“复杂难选氧化铜钴矿深度活化与高效浮选及控温控电位浸出技术创新与应用”项目得到国内一流专家赵跃民院士、方小敏院士评价该技术处国际领先水平。“战略金属氧化矿高效浮选分离多维度精准调控创新技术及应用”项目荣获2023年国家科技进步二等奖排名第2,省部级科技成果一等奖6项(其中:2019年湖南省科技进步一等奖和2015年湖南省技术发明一等奖),中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖四项、二等奖4项、三等奖6项。2025年11月起任公司董事。
