王志清先生,现任本公司董事长、党委书记,中国东航集团董事长、党组书记,管理学博士,中共二十大代表。王先生于1988年加入民航业,曾任中国民用航空局副局长、党组成员,交通运输部副部长、党组成员等职务,2021年11月至2023年10月任国务院副秘书长、国务院机关党组成员,2023年10月起任中国东航集团董事长、党组书记,本公司党委书记,2023年11月起任本公司董事长。王先生还担任上海市第十六届人民代表大会常委会委员。王先生毕业于同济大学道路与交通工程系和南京航空航天大学管理科学与工程专业,拥有正高级经济师职称。
