房艺女士:1990年8月出生,2012年获得美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)学士学位,2017年获得加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)法学博士学位(Juris Doctorate),并于当年11月通过美国加州律师资格考试(California Bar Exam),当年12月获得加州执业律师资格。房艺女士于2015年夏天在美国联邦法院实习,2017年9月加入位于美国硅谷的Fenwick & West LLP律师事务所,从事公司上市,风险投资以及并购等相关律师工作,2019年加入荣昌生物工作至今,是荣昌生物国际法务负责人。
