杨志强,1972年9月出生,1993年7月参加工作,工程硕士,中共党员,高级工程师。1993年7月至2014年8月,历任包钢选矿厂生产科科长、生产部部长、办公室主任、厂长助理、副厂长;2014年8月至2017年2月,任包钢(集团)公司集团管理部副部长;2017年2月至2021年3月,历任包钢集团宝山矿业有限公司副经理,党委副书记、工会主席、监事,副经理;2021年3月至2023年11月,任内蒙古包钢钢联股份有限公司企划部部长;2023年11月至今,任包钢(集团)公司创新研究院首席技术专家;2025年12月至今,兼任北方稀土董事。现同时兼任包钢矿业有限责任公司、内蒙古包钢西创集团有限责任公司、内蒙古产权交易中心有限责任公司、铁融国际租赁(天津)有限责任公司、包港展博国际商贸有限公司董事。
