匡启和,男,1966年11月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生学历,高级工程师。1988年8月至1991年7月任丹阳市司徒高级中学教师;1991年9月至1994年7月于南京师范大学攻读硕士学位;1994年7月至1998年12月历任无锡小天鹅股份有限公司工程师、部门经理;1999年9月至2002年12月于南京航空航天大学攻读博士学位;2002年8月至2003年4月任江苏意源科技有限公司部门经理;2003年4月至2019年2月历任国芯有限部门经理、副总经理;2016年1月至今任上海安玺昌信息科技有限公司董事;2019年2月至2025年5月任国芯科技董事;2019年2月至今任国芯科技副总经理。匡启和先生为国务院特殊津贴专家。
