肖佐楠,男,1969年7月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,硕士研究生学历,高级工程师。1994年至1998年任中国华大集成电路设计公司工程师;1998年至2003年历任摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司苏州设计中心工程师、部门经理;2003年至2019年历任国芯有限IC设计部经理、总经理;2019年9月至2024年8月任苏州紫山龙霖信息科技有限公司董事长,2019年2月至今任公司董事、总经理,苏州微五科技有限公司监事。肖佐楠先生为国务院特殊津贴专家,并于2014年获苏州市“市长奖”。
