郑茳,男,1966年4月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生学历,教授,中共党员。1985年至1998年历任东南大学讲师、副教授、教授、博士生导师、无锡分校副校长;1998年至2002年任摩托罗拉(中国)电子有限公司苏州设计中心经理;2002年至2019年任苏州国芯科技有限公司(以下简称“国芯有限”,系公司前身)董事长;2019年2月至今任公司董事长。郑茳先生为国务院特殊津贴专家,曾获全国信息产业劳动模范、江苏省劳动模范、江苏省“十大”杰出青年、江苏制造突出贡献奖、江苏省“333工程”突出贡献奖、苏州市首届杰出人才等荣誉。
