陈辉先生:1975年4月出生,中国国籍,无境外长期居留权,硕士研究生学历,具有法律职业资格证书、律师执业证书。曾任北京市盈科(佛山)律师事务所执业律师。2021年11月至2026年7月任北京市盈科(深圳)律师事务所执业律师、盈科全国公司法律专业委员会主任,2026年8月至今任广东知恒律师事务所执业律师;目前兼任北海国际仲裁院仲裁员、韶关仲裁委员会仲裁员,2022年6月至今兼任泰胜风能集团股份有限公司(300129.SZ)独立董事;2023年9月至今任公司独立董事。
