陈世敏先生,1958年出生,美国国籍,上海财经大学学士、硕士,美国佐治亚大学博士。1985年至1986年,任上海财经大学教师。1991年至1998年,任宾州克莱瑞恩大学(Clarion University of Pennsylvania)会计学副教授、教授。1998年至2002年,任香港岭南大学会计学副教授。2002年至2004年,任路易斯安那大学拉法叶校区(The University of Louisiana atLafayette)会计学副教授。2004年至2005年,任香港岭南大学会计学副教授。2005年至2008年,历任香港理工大学会计学副教授、会计金融学院副主任。2008年至今,历任中欧国际工商学院会计学教授、副教务长及工商管理硕士主任、副教务长及案例中心主任。2025年12月至今担任公司独立董事。
