朱弘恣,2008年11月毕业于上海交通大学,获工学博士学位。2008年11月至2010年2月任香港科技大学助理研究员。2010年3月至2011年3月任加拿大滑铁卢大学博士后。2011年6月至今于上海交通大学工作,先后担任讲师、副教授、教授。2024年6月至今任公司独立董事。
