杨涛先生:1963年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,中共党员,毕业于国防科技大学计算机专业,博士研究生学历,高级工程师,第十四届全国人大代表。1982年7月至1985年8月,任中国人民解放军信息工程大学电子技术学院(原解放军电子技术学院)教员;1985年至1993年,在国防科技大学攻读硕士、博士学位;1993年4月至1999年7月,历任中国人民解放军海军计算技术研究所工程师、高级工程师;2000年5月至今,任北京华盾信安企业咨询有限公司执行董事;2007年12月至今,任湖南麒麟信息工程技术有限公司执行董事;2013年9月至今,任湖南麒麟信息技术有限公司执行董事;2019年5月至2025年12月,任长沙市湖湘军民融合促进中心理事长;2015年4月至今,历任公司执行董事、董事长。
