马腾,1985年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士学历。硕士毕业于中山大学法律史学专业,博士毕业于中山大学法学理论专业。2013年至2020年任教于厦门大学法学院;2020年至今,任暨南大学法学院/知识产权学院教授、博士生导师、教研室主任。兼任中国墨子学会常务理事、中国法律史学会理事、东方法律文化分会常务理事、中国法律思想史专业委员会常务理事、中国儒学与法律文化研究会常务理事、中华司法研究会理事,荣获第四届“广东省十大优秀中青年法学家”称号。
