陶珩先生,1975年生,中国国籍,上海交通大学硕士研究生。1997年至2002年,担任武汉理工大学校办工厂机械工程师;2002年至2003年担任捷锐气压设备(上海)有限公司机械工程师;2003年至2005年担任精技机电(上海)有限公司机械工程师。2005至今,历任中微公司执行总监、副总裁、集团副总裁,LPCVD产品部和公共平台工程部总经理、CVD产品部及公共工程部总经理、中微成都总经理。现任中微公司董事、副总经理、核心技术人员。
