余洪斌,2012年1月至2014年11月在新加坡微电子研究院担任项目首席研究员,2012年4月至2014年5月在新加坡国立大学客座助理教授,2014年11月至今任华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院教授;2022年10月至今,任睿创微纳独立董事。
