张双根先生,1969年10月出生,中国国籍,无永久境外居留权,博士研究生学历。曾任中国人民大学法学院讲师、北京大学法学院讲师,现为北京大学法学院副教授,博士生导师,远大控股独立董事。主要从事公司法、商法总论、物权法、合同法以及德国私法等领域的研究。2026年6月5日起担任本公司独立董事。
