陈莹,1977年12月生,女,汉族,江苏泰州人,中共党员,管理科学与工程(金融工程方向)博士。曾任南京大学工程管理学院讲师、副教授等职。现任南京大学工程管理学院教授、博士生导师,南京大学金融科技研究与发展中心主任,证标委金融科技专委会委员,江苏省区块链标准委员会秘书长,本公司独立董事。
