李明辉,1974年2月生,男,汉族,江苏金坛人,管理学(会计学)博士、应用经济学博士后、中国注册会计师(非执业会员)。曾任厦门大学管理学院会计系讲师、副教授等职。现任南京大学商学院会计学系教授、博士生导师,中国审计学会理事、江苏省审计学会副会长,本公司独立董事。
