黄海波先生,1978年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,同济大学机械设计及理论博士。2006年至今在宁波大学机械工程与力学学院工作,现任宁波大学机械强度与摩擦学研究所副所长、教授、博士生导师,兼任中国机械工程学会高级会员、中国摩擦学会常务理事、中国工程机械学会理事、全国工业摩擦学工作委员会委员、全国摩擦学会青年工作委员会委员、中国农业装备创新设计产业联盟常务理事、宁波市汽车零部件产学研联盟副秘书长。2024年3月至今兼任长华控股集团股份有限公司独立董事;2025年8月至今兼任公司独立董事。
