Ren Mingchuan 任明川

任明川,1960年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,复旦大学管理学院副教授,英国会计学博士,厦门大学硕士,安徽财经大学学士。1982年起在浙江工业大学任教;1992年获浙江大学包玉刚基金会资助去英国赫尔大学(Hull)做访问学者,后攻读博士学位。2000年回国,到复旦大学管理任教至今,期间,两次在美国麻省理工(MIT,Sloan)做访问,并参加哈佛商学院案例培训。现任国元证券独立董事。兼任中国注册会计师协会(CICPA)职业道德准则委员会委员。现任公司第五届董事会独立董事。
