宋夏云先生:1969年出生,研究生学历,中国共产党党员。上海财经大学会计学博士,南京大学工商管理博士后。会计学教授,博士生导师,博士后合作导师。1991年7月至2007年2月在南昌大学经济管理学院工作;2007年3月至2013年8月在宁波大学商学院工作,曾担任审计发展研究中心副主任、现代会计研究所副所长;2013年8月至今在浙江财经大学会计学院工作,曾担任审计系主任、审计与腐败治理研究中心主任,现为审计与内部控制研究中心主任。现任苏州近岸蛋白质科技股份有限公司、山东步长制药股份有限公司的独立董事。自2022年7月起至今担任本公司独立董事。
