李颖琦女士,自2026年3月起任本行独立董事。现任上海国家会计学院教授、博士生导师,被财政部聘为内部控制标准委员会咨询专家,中国注册会计师协会资深会员(非执业)。兼任上海大众公用事业(集团)股份有限公司独立董事。曾任上海立信会计学院教授、上海现代制药股份有限公司独立董事、东方航空物流股份有限公司独立董事、中邮科技股份有限公司独立董事。获管理学博士学位,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
