许铭先生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,1969年8月出生,复旦大学产业经济学博士,北京大学光华管理学院战略管理博士后。现任北京大学公共卫生学院全球卫生学系研究员。曾在抗艾滋病、结核和疟疾全球基金、南京诺唯赞生物科技股份有限公司、中国医药保健品进出口商会、联合国伊拉克科威特观察团和中国驻韩国大使馆等机构任职。在全球公共卫生、国际发展援助、医药产业竞争力、国际药政管理和企业国际化等领域发表论文和文章百余篇,并有专著和合编书籍多部。2024年7月至今任公司独立董事。
