张俊生,男,1975年12月生,博士研究生学历,毕业于厦门大学,获管理学博士学位,中共党员。现任中山大学管理学院党委书记、教授、博士生导师;保利发展控股集团股份有限公司独立董事;全国会计专业研究生教育指导委员会委员;China Journal of Accounting Research主编。主要研究方向为财务会计与审计、公司财务与治理。张先生于2024年7月起至今任中国南方航空股份有限公司独立非执行董事。
