方新军,1969年12月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权。博士研究生学历,2006年12月毕业于厦门大学民商法学专业获博士学位。1990年7月至1996年9月,在安徽省宣城地区汽车运输总公司工作,任职员;1999年9月起,在苏州大学王健法学院工作,历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授、副院长、院长、党委书记,并于2025年12月辞任党委书记职务。2020年11月至今,任本公司独立董事。
