俞俊利,中国国籍,无永久境外居留权,男,1983年6月出生,会计学博士,工商管理博士后、上海交通大学副教授、硕士生导师、安泰经管学院研究员。历任《会计史学刊》副主编、《SN Social Science》副主编,国家自然科学基金评审专家、上海市委宣传部(文化发展基金会)评审专家、上海市科委评审专家、上海公共资源平台评审专家。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科项目、上海市决策咨询委员会项目等项目多项。入选上海市晨光学者,研究成果获财政部优秀会计论文奖、上海市中青年会计审计优秀论文奖等奖励。现任本公司独立董事兼湖北亨迪药业股份有限公司、浙江迪贝电气股份有限公司独立董事,长江联合金融租赁有限公司外部董事。
