邱文生,1973年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,上海市政协浦东新区第七届委员会委员、上海市浦东新区工商联副主席。1990年9月至1995年7月于清华大学学习机械工程专业,并取得学士学位;1995年9月至1998年7月于浙江大学学习化工过程机械专业,并取得硕士学位;1998年7月至2005年8月于中兴通讯历任软件工程师、手机软件部部长、手机系统部部长、全球移动通讯系统手机产品线总经理;2005年8月至2020年11月历任华勤技术有限公司总经理、董事长;2020年11月至今任公司董事长、总经理。
