杨力,男,汉族,中共党员,1974年7月出生。现任上海交通大学凯原法学院特聘教授、博士生导师、法学博士,入选教育部长江学者、宝钢优秀教师,国家社科重大项目首席专家。担任上海交通大学智慧司法研究院常务副院长,上海交通大学智慧司法实验室主任。国家级高端智库特邀专家,中共上海市委法律顾问,上海市高级人民法院、上海市人民检察院特邀咨询专家,上海市大数据社会应用研究会首任会长、上海市公司法务研究会会长。具有独立董事资格。杨力教授致力于公司合规、法务、风控、内控一体化研究,重点关注行业性企业的股权架构与转让、招投标、合同、投融资、纠纷解决等实务问题。负责或合作完成国家版企业法律风险管理指引、国家企业社会责任立法、中国上市公司法律风险评估、地区产业信息化企业风险评估、上海市中小企业促进条例实施后评估、中国上市公司合规与社会责任指数等有影响力的重要成果。主持完成上海国投、江苏交控、申通地铁等20多家企业的重大合规建设专项,具有丰富的理论和实务经验。2025年4月18日起,被选举为公司独立董事。
