樊霞,女,出生于1978年,中国国籍,无境外居留权,西北工业大学管理科学与工程专业博士研究生。2006年11月至2009年4月于华南理工大学工商管理学院从事博士后研究工作,2008年9月至2014年9月任华南理工大学工商管理学院副教授、硕士生导师,2014年9月至今任华南理工大学工商管理学院教授、博士生导师,技术经济及管理系系主任。具有丰富的技术创新管理、科技政策及企业风险管理的相关研究、教学经验。2018年9月至今,任中国科学学与政策研究会产学研合作专委会秘书长、广东机械工业质量管理协会副秘书长。现任公司独立董事。
