周亚娜女士:1954年1月出生,汉族,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,会计学硕士,中国注册会计师协会非执业会员。曾获“全国三八红旗手”、“安徽省五一劳动奖章”等荣誉称号。历任安徽大学会计学系主任、经济学院常务副院长、工商管理学院院长,安徽大学商学院会计学教授,硕士生导师,现已退休。现任科大国盾量子技术股份有限公司独立董事、合肥芯碁微电子装备股份有限公司独立董事、徽商银行股份有限公司(H股上市)独立董事。
