Chen Li 陈力

陈力,1966年10月生,中国国籍,复旦大学法学院教授、博士生导师、律师,宝山钢铁股份有限公司独立董事。陈女士长期从事国际私法、国际经济法等教学与科研工作,研究重点为国际商事仲裁制度、区际司法协助、国际贸易救济、南极国际治理与南极条约体系等,在国际法学、国际商事争议解决、南极治理等领域具有丰富的经验。主持国家与省部级项目多项,发表《国际贸易救济法律制度中的非市场经济规则》等专著三部、《一带一路投资的国际法》等合著三部,在国内外核心期刊发表论文五十余篇。目前兼任中国核建独立董事、中国国际私法学会常务理事、上海市法学会国际法研究会、仲裁法研究会副会长、上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(SHIAC)仲裁员等职。2023年7月起任宝山钢铁股份有限公司独立董事。陈女士1988年7月获复旦大学法学学士学位,1991年7月获复旦大学法学硕士学位,2006年7月获复旦大学法学博士学位。曾在德国马克思普朗克国际公法与比较法研究所、美国耶鲁大学福克斯项目、丹麦哥本哈根大学法学院担任访问学者,在美国弗吉尼亚大学法学院中美富布莱特项目担任高级访问学者。
