尤勇先生,1973年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权。2000年毕业于首都经济贸易大学经济法学专业,获硕士学位。2000年8月至2018年5月,就职于中国五矿股份有限公司法律部,先后任法律部副总经理、总经理等职务,并先后兼任五矿发展股份有限公司、五矿有色金属股份有限公司、五矿有色金属控股有限公司监事;2012年10月至2018年7月,任清华大学法学院法律硕士专业硕士生联合导师;2011年5月至今,任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员;2012年1月至今,任北京仲裁委员会仲裁员;2016年5月至今,任国际商会中国国家委员会竞争委员会副主席;2023年3月至今,任义翘神州独立董事;2023年12月至今,任大唐国际发电股份有限公司独立董事。
