赵福全先生,1963年生,博士,清华大学教授、博导、汽车产业与技术战略研究院(TASRI)院长。历任美国戴姆勒-克莱斯勒公司研究总监、沈阳华晨金杯汽车有限公司副总裁兼研发中心总经理、浙江吉利控股集团副总裁及吉利汽车控股有限公司执行董事、华晨宝马公司董事、澳大利亚DSI控股公司董事长、英国锰铜公司董事等职。现任世界汽车工程师学会联合会终身名誉主席、首届技术领导力会士,美国汽车工程师学会会士,中国汽车工程学会副理事长、首届会士、技术管理分会主任委员、数字化与智能制造工作委员会主任委员,英文学术期刊《汽车创新工程》(AutomotiveInnovation)创刊联合主编,中国汽车人才研究会副理事长,上市公司广汽集团独立董事。2023年11月23日起担任中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司独立董事。
