苏忠秦,专业从事公司财务、公司治理与金融市场研究,主持国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金项目2项,教育部人文社会科学研究基金等四项,在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文30多篇,入选浙江省第二批“高校领军人才”高层次拔尖人才培养计划,兼任国家自然基金委同行评议专家、浙江省审计学会理事。现任杭州电子科技大学会计学院副院长。
