朱锦余先生:男,中国国籍,1967年5月生,无永久境外居留权,会计学博士研究生,二级教授,具有注册会计师、资产评估师资格。1993年至今,在云南财经大学任教,曾任会计学院副院长、党委书记,校科研处处长、人事处处长;2001年9月起,曾任驰宏锌锗、罗平锌电、马龙产业、云煤能源、沃森生物、西仪股份、川金诺、云南城投、华能水电、航天检测等上市公司和云南陆良农村商业银行独立董事;现任沃森生物、海底鹰深海科技股份有限公司、曲靖市商业银行、云南会泽农村商业银行独立董事。2024年9月14日再次被选举为公司独立董事。
