肖翔女士,1970年3月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于北京交通大学(原北方交通大学),教授,博士生导师,注册会计师。2007年7月至今,任北京交通大学竞争力研究中心副主任;2017年12月至今,任北京交通大学首都高端智库研究员;2019年11月至今,任教育部平台北京交通大学中东欧研究中心主任;2022年7月至今,任北京交通大学国家智库研究员。曾任唐山港集团股份有限公司独立董事,现任重庆千里科技股份有限公司、北京首钢股份有限公司独立董事。2026年5月至今,任诺思兰德独立董事。
