陈阳先生:1967年11月出生,中国国籍,无境外居留权,现任本公司执行董事、总裁。陈先生历任安徽省阜阳枣庄初级中学教师、中国第十七冶金建设公司上海分公司副经理、中国第十七冶金建设有限公司路桥公司经理、中国十七冶金集团有限公司副总经济师兼路桥工程技术公司经理等职务;2014年11月至2019年9月任中国十七冶集团有限公司副总经理,2017年1月至2020年9月任中国中冶甘肃分公司总经理,2019年9月至2020年9月任中国十七冶集团有限公司董事、副总经理,2020年9月至2023年1月任中国五冶集团有限公司董事、总经理,2023年1月至2026年3月任中国一冶集团有限公司董事长;2026年4月起任本公司总裁,2026年5月起任本公司执行董事兼总裁。陈先生大学毕业于中共中央党校涉外经济管理专业,是高级经济师。
