王世璋,中国国籍,1952年4月出生,中共党员,硕士研究生学历,正(教授级)高级会计师、注册会计师、高级国际会计师,上海市财务会计管理中心专家。先后荣获“上海市杰出会计工作者”“中国财务价值领军人物”“中国注册会计师协会资深会员”等称号。从1986年起主持大型企业财务工作,1994年起担任上海大隆机器厂总会计师,1999年起担任上海电气(集团)总公司通用石化机械事业部财务总监兼上海通用机械(集团)公司财务总监、上海维高格雷石油设备有限公司董事长等职,2003年起担任上海电气(集团)总公司资产财务部副部长兼财政处处长,2004年起担任上海电气集团股份有限公司资产财务部部长兼上海柴油机股份有限公司监事会主席、上海机电股份有限公司董事等职,2012年起担任上海电气(集团)总公司副总会计师兼上海电气香港有限公司董事总经理等职,2015年至今担任上海机电工业会计学会常务副会长兼秘书长等职。2020年11月起,担任本公司独立董事。
