谭允芝女士:香港大学法律系本科毕业,独立执业大律师,国际仲裁员、调解员,2006年获颁授“资深大律师”头衔。因公职方面的贡献获授勋太平绅士、银紫荆星章。现任德辅大律师事务所联席主席、第十四届全国政协委员、香港特区政府薪津独立委员会成员、香港管弦协会有限公司董事局副主席。2022年2月任本公司独立非执行董事。
