陈信元,现任本公司独立董事,上海财经大学会计学教授、高级会计审计学院院长,亦担任教育部会计学教学指导委员会主任委员,中国会计学会副会长,上海市会计学会会长,现任中芯国际集成电路制造有限公司独立董事。曾任上海财经大学副校长、会计学院院长。陈先生擅长财务会计、审计及风险管理和公司治理,曾获教育部首届教学名师、全国“五一”劳动奖章、上海市劳动模范、上海市优秀共产党员等荣誉称号,入选国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”。毕业于上海财经大学,拥有经济学(会计学)硕士学位和博士学位,为教育部长江学者特聘教授、国务院特殊津贴专家。
