黄新建先生,男,1972年6月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于重庆大学,博士研究生学历。2003年7月至今,历任重庆大学经济与工商管理学院会计系讲师、副教授、教授;其中2005年3月至2007年6月,复旦大学工商管理博士后流动站从事博士后研究;2007年9月至2011年7月,任重庆大学经济与工商管理学院EMBA中心主任;2011年7月至2012年8月,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)访问学者;2013年3月至2018年4月,任重庆大学经济与工商管理学院会计硕士中心主任、ACCA项目主任;2018年4月至2021年4月,任重庆大学经济与工商管理学院会计硕士与金融硕士中心主任;2022年6月至今,兼任重庆国际投资咨询集团有限公司外部董事;2022年11月至2025年11月,兼任重庆顺博铝合金股份有限公司独立董事;2023年3月至今,兼任重庆建工集团股份有限公司独立董事;2022年9月至今,任溯联股份独立董事。
