杨胜刚,中国国籍,无境外居留权,1965年4月出生,武汉大学经济学博士、厦门大学金融学博士后、台湾大学经济学访问学者、美国迈阿密大学金融学高级访问教授。现为湖南大学工商管理学院教授、博士生导师,湖南省首批特色专业智库--湖南大学金融发展与信用管理研究中心主任兼首席专家,湖北省人文社科重点研究基地--湖北金融发展与金融安全研究中心主任兼首席专家。兼任湖南省人民政府院士专家咨询委员会委员,教育部高等金融学专业教学指导委员会委员、中国金融学会理事、中国金融教育发展基金会理事、中国金融学年会常务理事。2024年11月至今,任公司独立董事。
