侯晓红,女,1965年5月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,教授,博士,博士生导师,中国会计学会理事。1991年4月至今,历任中国矿业大学管理学院助教、讲师、副教授、教授,其中,2000年至2012年任中国矿业大学会计系副主任、主任;2021年1月至今,任江苏康力源体育科技股份有限公司独立董事;2021年3月至今,任江苏徐矿能源股份有限公司独立董事。曾获国家煤炭工业局“责任会计研究与应用”项目科学技术进步二等奖,江苏省教育厅“会计学专业‘立信创行’人才培养模式研究与实践”江苏省优秀教学成果二等奖等荣誉。
