Yu Wei(俞卫)先生:1953年10月出生,美国国籍,已取得中华人民共和国外国人永久居留证,博士。2006年11月至2016年07月,历任上海财经大学公共经济与管理学院教授、常务副院长、院长;2016年08月至2019年04月,任美国斯坦福大学卫生政策中心研究员、美国退役军人医疗系统卫生经济中心研究员;2019年07月至今,历任上海创奇健康发展研究院执行院长、理事;2020年12月至今,任公司独立董事。现任中国卫生经济学会常务理事、无锡药明康德新药开发股份有限公司独立董事。
