Minzhang Chen(陈民章),1969年6月出生,博士,美国国籍,已取得中华人民共和国外国人永久居留证。现任公司执行董事、联席首席执行官。Minzhang Chen(陈民章)博士拥有20多年新药研发和生产管理经验。在加入公司之前,Minzhang Chen(陈民章)博士曾在先灵葆雅研究所化学部担任首席研究员、在Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc.担任技术运营部主任。自2008年至今,在公司(包括公司的前身)任职,担任公司控股子公司合全药业董事、首席执行官、公司副总裁、联席首席执行官和执行董事等职务。Minzhang Chen(陈民章)博士于北京大学获得化学学士学位,于美国明尼苏达大学获得有机化学博士学位。
