张成福先生:1963年4月出生,汉族,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,法学博士学位。1987年7月至今,中国人民大学公共管理学院任教,历任讲师、副教授,1996年6月晋升为教授、博士生导师。张成福先生目前还兼任北京国际人力资本集团股份有限公司独立董事、中国北京同仁堂(集团)有限责任公司外部董事、北京市人民政府参事。
